高血压合并冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者的临床治疗探究

Clinical Treatment of Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

目的分析瑞舒伐他汀钙片+氨氯地平联合使用,治疗高血压合并冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的效果。方法选取滨州市中心医院心血管内科一病区2022年1—12月收治的50例高血压合并冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,研究组(25例)采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片+氨氯地平药物治疗;对照组(25例)单用氨氯地平药物治疗。比较两组患者的生活质量、收缩压、舒张压、内皮功能、心功能等指标评价治疗效果。结果研究组患者收缩压为(123.08±2.43)mmHg、舒张压为(80.22±2.81)mmHg低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.887、8.032,P<0.05);研究组患者心功能指标改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压冠状动脉硬化性心脏病治疗中,瑞舒伐他汀钙片+氨氯地平的联合使用具有更好的治疗效果和临床价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods 50 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease from January to December 2022 in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Binzhou Central Hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The research group(25 cases)was treated calcium tablets combined with amlodipine;The control group(25 cases)was treated with amlodipine alone.The quality of life,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,endothelial function,therapeutic effect and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results The systolic blood pressure[(123.08±2.43)mmHg]and diastolic blood pressure[(80.22±2.81)mmHg]levels in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.887,8.032,P<0.05).The improvement of cardiac function indexes in the research group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hypertensive coronary arteriosclerosis,the use of rosuvastatin calcium tablets plus amlodipine has better therapeutic effect and clinical value.
