琥珀酸亚铁治疗缺铁性贫血疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Ferrous Succinate on Iron Deficiency Anemia

目的探究琥珀酸亚铁+生血宝(生血宝合剂)在缺铁性贫血患者治疗中的临床作用及其安全性。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月盐城市大丰人民医院血液科接受治疗的45例缺铁性贫血患者为研究对象,采用信封法随机分为两组。对照组22例接受琥珀酸亚铁治疗,观察组23例接受琥珀酸亚铁+生血宝治疗。检测两组患者贫血指标,同时评估两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.00%显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.238,P<0.05);观察组治疗后平均红细胞体积、血清铁蛋白、血红蛋白以及平均血红蛋白浓度水平均明显较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论琥珀酸亚铁联合生血宝用于缺铁性贫血患者临床治疗过程中,具有显著效果,有助于改善患者贫血指标,确保患者用药安全。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of ferrous succinate+Shengxuebao(Shengxuebao mixture)in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods 45 patients with iron deficiency anemia who received treatment in the hematology department of Dafeng People's Hospital of Yancheng City from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups by envelope method.22 patients in the control group received ferrous succinate treatment,and 23 patients in the observation group received ferrous succinate+Shengxue Bao treatment.The anemia indexes of the two groups of patients were detected,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.238,P<0.05).After treatment,the mean red blood cell volume,serum ferritin,hemoglobin and mean hemoglobin concentration of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ferrous succinate combined with Shengxuebao has a remarkable effect in the clinical treatment of patients with iron deficiency anemia,which helps to improve the anemia index of patients and ensure the safety of medication for patients.
