异甘草酸镁预防小细胞肺癌化疗所致肝损伤的临床价值分析

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in Preventing Chemotherapy-induced Liver Injury in Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的分析小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)化疗所致肝损伤预防中应用异甘草酸镁的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月在邳州市人民医院接受化疗治疗的70例SCLC患者,依据随机数表法,按照1:1的比例分为两组,予以复方甘草酸苷静脉滴注治疗的35例纳入对照组,予以异甘草酸镁100 mg治疗的35例纳入观察组;比较两组患者肝功能指标、肝功能损伤情况及化疗延迟、化疗减量发生率。结果化疗1周后,观察组肝功能各指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.248、11.408、8.525、3.075,P<0.05)。观察组肝功能损伤情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组化疗延迟、化疗减量发生率为0.99%、1.49%,均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁可预防SCLC患者化疗所致肝损伤发生,并预防化疗延迟、化疗减量发生。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of application of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the prevention of chemotherapy-induced liver injury in small cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods 70 SCLC patients who received chemotherapy treatment in Pizhou People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and included in two groups according to the randomized numerical table 1:1.35 cases treated with compound glycyrrhizin intravenous drip were included in the control group,and 35 cases treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate 100 mg were included in the observation group.The liver function indexes,liver function injury and the incidence of chemotherapy delay and chemotherapy reduction were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of chemotherapy,the liver function indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.248,11.408,8.525,3.075,P<0.05).The liver function injury in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of chemotherapy delay and chemotherapy reduction in the observation group was 0.99%and 1.49%,which were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate can prevent the occurrence of chemotherapy-induced liver injury in SCLC patients,and prevent the occurrence of chemotherapy delay and chemotherapy reduction.
