摘要
目的分析艾灸辅助阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效及对免疫功能影响。方法选取2023年1—6月莒县中医医院儿科收治的120例支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例,分别接受阿奇霉素序贯治疗,艾灸辅助阿奇霉素序贯治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组免疫球蛋白A为(1.32±0.25)g/L高于对照组的(1.07±0.14)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.758,P<0.001),免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组症状消失时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),呼气峰值流速、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受阿奇霉素序贯治疗支原体肺炎患儿辅助艾灸治疗,可促进患儿机体免疫功能改善,降低炎症反应程度。
Objective To analyze the effect of moxibustion assisted azithromycin in sequential treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 120 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as the study objects from January to June 2023 in the department of pediatrics of Juxian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomized number table method was used to divided the two groups into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group,receiving sequential treatment of azithromycin,moxibustion assisted sequential treatment of azithromycin,and compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Immunoglobulin A was(1.32±0.25)g/L in treatment group was higher than that in the control group(1.07±0.14)g/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.758,P<0.001),the levels of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin M,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time of signs and hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the peak expiratory flow rate,forced expiratory volume in the first second and forced vital capacity were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant moxibustion therapy for children receiving sequential treatment of azithromycin for mycoplasma pneumonia can improve the immune function of the children and reduce the degree of inflammation.
