温针灸结合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigation in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

目的探究温针灸结合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年1—12月南京市六合区中医院针灸康复科收治的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,通过信封法进行随机分组,各30例。对照组接受常规针刺治疗,观察组联合应用温针灸+中药熏洗治疗。在两组患者治疗不同时点对疼痛程度、膝关节活动度、日本骨科协会评估(Jaoanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA)评分、Lyshom膝部评分系统(Lyshom Knee Rsting System,LKSS)量表中的差异性进行评估对比,比较临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗结束时和治疗后1个月的视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、膝关节活动度、JOA评分以及LKSS量表评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。结论温针灸结合中药熏洗疗法在膝关节骨性关节炎患者治疗中的效果非常显著,是理想的治疗方案,值得临床大力推广和运用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation of Nanjing Liuhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine.Pain degree,range of motion of knee joint,Jaoanese Orthopaedic Association Scores JOA were compared between the two groups at different time points of treatment.JOA score and(Lyshom Knee Sting System,LKSS)scale were used to evaluate and compare the clinical treatment effects.Results The Visual Analogue Scale VAS score,knee range of motion,JOA score and LKSS scale score of the observation group at the end of treatment and one month after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis is very significant,and it is an ideal treatment plan,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
