研究生教育是科技第一生产力、创新第一动力、人才第一资源的重要结合点。新时代地方综合性大学研究生教育的高质量发展,必须站在中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局的历史高度,立足全球人才竞争新格局和科技自立自强新战略。要坚持“四个服务”和“五育并举”,不断加强研究生思想政治教育;优化学科布局结构,引领特色鲜明高水平大学建设;加强内涵建设,完善高质量教育体系,着力打造研究生教育优势特色;构建“七个融合”协同育人机制,优化研究生培养模式;严格教育标准,优化评价体系,提升管理信息化水平。

Graduate education is an important bonding point of science and technology as the first productive force,innovation as the first power,and talents as the first resource.The high-quality development of graduate education in local comprehensive universities in the new era must be based on the overall situation of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation and the historical height of the changes with a magnitude unseen in a century across the world,and based on the new pattern of global talent competition and the new strategy of self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology.We should adhere to the“four services”and“simultaneous development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education”,and continuously strengthen ideological and political education for graduate students;we should optimize the disciplinary layout structure and lead the construction of high-level universities with distinctive characteristics;we should strengthen the connotation construction,improve high-quality education system and focus on creating advantages and characteristics of graduate education;we should construct a collaborative education mechanism of“seven integrations”and optimize the graduate training mode;we should be strict in educational standards,optimize the evaluation system and improve the management informatization level.
