摘要
为了降低船舶在航道内的通航风险,提升船舶通航效率,基于跟驰理论,构建了考虑前导船影响传递性的船舶安全纵距计算模型,引入风流载荷对模型中的参数进行优化,并开发了安全间距计算软件,可快速实现不同船舶、风速、流速等情况下跟驰船舶安全间距的计算.将该模型应用到船舶在东营港区航道单向行驶时安全间距计算中,结果表明:应用该模型确定船舶安全间距,可在保证船舶安全航行的前提下提高航道的利用率,充分利用航道资源,验证了模型的有效性与可信度.
In order to reduce the navigation risk of ships in the channel and improve the navigation efficiency of ships,based on the car-fllowing theory,a calculation model for the safe longitudinal distance of ships considering the transferability of the leading ship is constructed,and the parameters in the model are optimized by introducing wind load.The safe distance calculation software can quickly realize the calculation of the safe distance of the following ships under different ships,wind speeds,flow rates,etc.The model is applied to the calculation of the safety distance of ships in the one-way navigation of the Dongying port area.The calculation results show that the application of this model to determine the safety distance of ships can improve the utilization rate of the channel and make full use of the channel resources on the premise of ensuring the safe navigation of the ship.,which verifies the validity and reliability of the model.
