基于遗传算法的船舶气象航线规划方法研究

摘要 针对船舶大洋航线规划问题,在遗传算法的框架下提出了一种智能航线规划的优化算法.在建立气象航线规划数学模型的基础上,确定气象航线的目标函数.为便于算法寻优,将气象航线作离散化处理,以传统的大圆航线为基准,约定搜索上下边界,提高了算法的搜寻效率.结合实际的海上气象数据,分别以最短航行时间和最小燃油消耗两种航法为目标,以万吨级散货船为例,规划了起点为日本东京湾外和终点为美国西海岸附近水域的北太平洋大洋气象航线.仿真实验结果表明,在安全的前提下,两种航法均优于传统的大圆航线和恒向线航线航法. Aiming at the problem of ocean route planning,an optimization algorithm of intelligent route planning based on genetic algorithm is presented.Based on the mathematical model of meteorological route planning,the objective function of meteorological route is determined.In order to facilitate the optimization of the algorithm,the meteorological route is discretized,and the upper and lower search boundaries are agreed based on the traditional Great Circle route,which improves the search efficiency of the algorithm.Combined with the actual maritime meteorological data,aiming at the shortest sailing time and the minimum fuel consumption,taking the 10,000-ton bulk carrier as an example,the North Pacific Ocean meteorological route starting from Tokyo Bay in Japan and ending in the waters near the west coast of the United States is planned.The simulation results show that the two navigation methods are better than the traditional great circle navigation and constant direction navigation under the premise of safety.
