黄河流域交通运输-区域经济-生态环境耦合协调性演变及障碍因素分析

Analysis on the Spatial Evolution and Obstacle Factors of the Coupling Coordination of Transportation,Regional Economy and Ecosystem in the Yellow River Basin

为了促进黄河流域交通运输、区域经济以及生态环境协调发展,以黄河流域九省区为研究对象,构建具有黄河流域特点的交通运输-区域经济-生态环境体系.利用耦合协调度模型分析了2010—2020年黄河流域九省区的交通运输、区域经济及生态环境系统间的协调发展度演变特性及空间分布特征,并利用障碍度模型分析其主要障碍因素.结果表明:不同省区综合评价值存在断层差异,各个省区均呈现缓慢上升趋势;耦合度均处于优质协调状态,交通运输-区域经济-生态环境系统的协调发展度水平较低,多数省区处在濒临失调、勉强协调状态,呈缓慢上升趋势;各省区、各系统间均在2020年出现显著节点,证实新冠肺炎疫情对系统的协调发展造成一定影响;生态环境是影响协调发展的主要障碍系统,且障碍度在45%以上.

In order to promote the coordinated development of regional transportation,economy,and ecosystem where in the Yellow River Basin.Taking nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin as the research object,a transportation-regional economy-ecological environment system and the indicators of the ecosystem are selected with ecological characteristics of the Yellow River Basin.The coordinated development characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics among transportation,regional economy and ecological environment systems in nine provinces of the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2020 were analyzed by using the coupling coordination degree model,and the main obstacles were analyzed by using the obstacle degree model.The results show that:the comprehensive evaluation indices of the provinces difer significantly and have slow upward trends;The coupling degrees display high-quality coordination,However,the coupling coordinated degree of the transport-regional economic-ecosystem system is lower.The coupling coordinated degree of most provinces is on the verge of coordination or barely coordinated,and their development status shows a slow upward trend.Significant nodes were present in 2020 in each province as well as between systems,confirming that COVID-19 has had some impact on the coupling coordinated degree.The ecosystem is the main obstacle factor affecting integrated development,with an obstacle degree above 45%.
