摘要
竖向规划是为各项用地在平面与空间布局上协调的先决条件,竖向是否布局合理、科学经济、景观美好,则需要通过科学系统的评估工作。本文采用BIM参数化建模技术,以科学、真实、客观为原则,构建建筑方案竖向合理性判断指标体系,对建筑方案设计环节存在微地形破坏、道路衔接不合理、山体景观破坏等方面进行竖向合理性评估,在此基础上,发现问题,提出优化意见,动态反馈到规划设计阶段,从源头控制,提升规划建筑方案审批实施效率。评估结果表明,高挡墙、高边坡、自然分台合理性对建筑方案竖向合理性影响较大。
Vertical planning is a prerequisite for coordinating plane and spatial layout of various land uses,Whether the vertical layout is reasonable,scientific and economic,and the landscape is beautiful requires scientific and systematic evaluation.This paper adopts BIM parametric modeling technology,using science,reality and objectivity principles,establishing the vertical rationality evaluating index system of Architectural schemes,evaluating the vertical rationality of micro terrain damage,unreasonable road connection and mountain landscape damage in the architectural scheme design.And then,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to solve the presenting problem from the results,controlling from the source,and improves the implementation efficiency of planning and architectural scheme approval.The evaluation results show that the rationality of high retaining wall,high slope and natural separation platform has a great impact on the vertical rationality of the architectural scheme design.
