摘要
实景三维中国建设是面向新时期测绘工作“两支撑、一提升”的新定位、新需求,是对“国家基础地理信息数据库建设”这一传统基础测绘任务的科学继承与体系转型升级。本文立足于《实景三维中国建设技术大纲》的技术设计,以实际项目做支撑,充分挖掘历史存量数据的潜在价值,实践了在贵阳市全域3005.7 km^(2)的范围建设地形级实景三维底座成果,极大地减低生产成本,提高了生产效率;获得了利用点云数据生产大范围DEM成果、处理地形级地理场景突出问题、解决存量数据部分映射关系等有价值的经验;验证了技术大纲中技术设计的可行性,发现了实施过程中存在问题及困难。对正在探索与开展实景三维建设的城市提供了较为重要的参考价值。
The construction of 3D real scene in China which is oriented to the new orientation and new requirement of“Two supports and one promotion”of the surveying and mapping work in new period,that is inheritance,and transformation,and upgrading for Construction of National Fundamental Geographic Information Database.This paper stand on the technical design of《Technical Outline of 3D Real Scene in China》,and it’s supported by actual project,and excavating potential value of stock data,then practiced to structure base frame of terrain-level 3D real scene over 3005.7 square kilometers of Guiyang City,this project greatly reduced production cost and improved production efficiency.And obtained experience to use point cloud data to produce DEM,and to handle essential problem of terrain-level geographical scene,and to solve the mapping relationship of stock data through the project.And verified feasibility of technical outline of 3D real scene in China,and found problems and difficulties of implementation process.It provided significant reference value for the exploration and development of construction of 3D real scene in other cities.
