摘要
全国自然灾害综合风险普查建筑物调查工作要求的普查内容丰富,近年来建设的各类地理信息项目中已包含了大量普查所需的基本信息,为高效利用已有信息、提高普查工作效率和成果准确率,本文基于网络自动化技术研发了一种普查数据自动填报工具,实现了将普查相关的已有数据在普查系统中快速、自动填报,将调查项目中的大部分外业调查工作转变为了现场核实工作,提高了工作效率和普查成果质量,以乌鲁木齐市第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查建筑物调查项目为例,现场普查时间平均缩短了二分之一。
With the increasing types of land business,land business is special services which correspond to demand.It needs excellent ability of obtaining and processing data.Based on the characteristics of the land business,we made some innovations on data obtaining and processing.What’s more,we combed a large number of plentiful data.Using database technology,we built our own data center.We have achieved a virtuous cycle of“data is available and we can use data arbitrarily”.We also accomplished the development of software and model.It means the work can be more and more innovative and optimized,efficient and high-quality.This work pattern greatly reduce labor costs,in the meanwhile,it can highlight the added value of data differentiation,and builds an efficient new service mode of“demand adaptation”.
