东莞市地下排水管线动态更新机制探索与实践

摘要 地下排水管线是地下管线的重要组成部分,是城市运行“生命线”之一,排水管线数据对于城市的管理有着重要作用。东莞市积极响应水污染治理工作,随污水管道建设长度不断增加,同时由于雨污分流改造等工作,造成已入库管线更新变化速度快,已有管网普查数据时效性不足,如何建立行之有效的动态更新机制是一个关键问题。本文结合上述问题及工作实践,以管网运营单位的角度提出了地下排水管线动态更新机制,有效提升了东莞市地下排水管线数据的生命力。 Underground drainage pipeline is an important part of the underground pipeline,is one of the city operation"lifeline",drainage pipeline data for the management of the city has an important role.Dongguan,in response to water pollution control work,with the sewage pipeline construction length continues to increase,at the same time,due to rain and sewage diversion renovation and other work,resulting in has been into the pipeline update changes fast,the existing pipeline network census data timeliness is insufficient how to establish an effective dynamic updating mechanism is a key issue,this paper combines the above issues and work practices,with the pipeline network operating units,the dynamic updating of the underground drainage pipeline mechanism,and effectively enhance the vitality of the underground drainage pipeline data of the city of Dongguan.
