国铁下穿隧道施工影响自动化监测方法研究

摘要 随着城市轨道交通的快速发展,新建地铁隧道下穿既有国铁线路或场站工程越来越多,为了保证国铁运营和下穿隧道施工安全,需要对既有国铁线路进行安全监测。结合合肥市地铁4号线下穿国铁涉铁项目,首先系统全面地研究了国铁下穿隧道施工过程中的影响因素;然后设计并开发了基于云平台的智能全站仪自动化监测系统,实现监测数据的自动采集、远程传输、自动处理和分析工作;最后在系统中加入三维可视化分析模块,进一步提高系统性能,更加全面直观地展示监测区域变形规律和趋势。该系统在合肥市地铁4号线下穿国铁项目中的应用表明,提出的方法可以有效对铁路路基及轨道变形进行自动化实时监测,为国铁运营和下穿地铁隧道施工提供安全保障。 With the rapid development of urban rail transit,there are many new subway tunnels cross the existing national railway lines or sta-tions.To ensure the safe operation of national railway and the safety of tunnel construction,it is necessary to monitor the existing national rail-way lines and their ancillary buildings.Combined with the project of Hefei metro line 4 underpass the national railway,we systematically and comprehensively studied the influence factors of construction process on the national railway firstly.Then,we designed and developed an auto-matic monitoring system based on intelligent total station.The system can realize the automatic data collection,remote data transmission,data processing and analysis.Finally,we addeda 3D visual analysis module to the system for further improvement of the system performance and more comprehensively and intuitively displaying the deformation laws and trends of monitoring area.The application of system in Hefei metro line 4 underpass the national railway project shows that the method proposed in this paper can effectively monitor and process the deformation of railway and surrounding buildings in real time,and provide safety guarantee for the operation of national railway and the construction of subway tunnel.
