高海拔民族地区心脑血管疾病患者PEAR1和PTGS1基因检测及意义

Detection and significance of PEAR1 and PTGS1 genes in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in high altitude areas

摘要 目的分析高海拔少数民族地区冠心病及脑缺血患者PEAR1和PTGS1基因分布情况及对临床的意义。方法分析红河哈尼族彝族自治州第一人民医院2019年5月-2020年6月诊治的冠心病及脑缺血患者169例的临床资料,分析PEAR1和PTGS1基因分布的情况,分析其与民族、性别、年龄、基础疾病、血脂及心脑血管疾病种类的关联性,并与其他地区进行比较。结果高海拔少数民族地区冠心病及脑缺血患者PEAR1基因AA、GA、GG所占比例分别为20.12%、49.11%、30.77%,PTGS1基因AA、GA所占比例分别为99.41%、0.59%,未检测到GG基因。高海拔少数民族地区冠心病及脑缺血患者PEAR1基因分布与民族及性别有关联,有统计学差异性(P<0.05),PEAR1基因分布与年龄、血脂情况、基础疾病及心脑血管疾病种类无关联,无统计学差异性(P>0.05)。结论高海拔少数民族地区冠心病及脑缺血患者PEAR1基因分布与民族及性别有关联,本地区人群阿司匹林代谢相对稍差,汉族阿司匹林代谢高于少数民族,女性阿司匹林代谢高于男性。 Objective To analyze the distribution of PEAR1 and PTGS1 genes in patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral ischemia in high altitude ethnic minority areas and their clinical significance.Methods The clinical data of 169 patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral ischemia diagnosed and treated in the First People s Hospital of Honghe Prefecture from May 2019 to June 2020 were analyzed.The distribution of PEAR1 and PTGS1 genes was analyzed,and their association with nationality,sex,age,basic diseases,blood lipids and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was analyzed,and compared with those in other regions.Results The proportion of PEAR1 gene AA,GA and GG in patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral ischemia in high altitude ethnic minority areas were 20.12%,49.11%and 30.77%respectively,and the proportion of PTGS1 gene AA and GA were 99.41%and 0.59%respectively.No GG gene was detected.The distribution of PEAR1 gene in patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral ischemia in high-altitude ethnic minority areas was correlated with ethnicity and gender,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The distribution of PEAR1 gene was no correlated with age,blood lipid status,underlying diseases,and types of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,with no statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusions The distribution of PEAR1 gene in patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral ischemia in high altitude ethnic minority areas is related to nationality and gender.The metabolism of aspirin in the local population is relatively poor.The metabolism of aspirin in the Han nationality is higher than that in the minority nationality,and the metabolism of aspirin in women is higher than that in men.
