基层消防救援站道路交通事故应急处置实战化训练模式构建

The Actual Combat Training Mode Construction of Fire Rescue Stations for Road Traffic Accidents Emergency Response

从道路交通事故应急处置实战化训练入手,对比国外道路交通事故应急处置训练模式,对基层消防救援站训练存在问题进行分析,提出道路交通事故应急处置实战化训练应遵循的原则。在借鉴国外经验的基础上,结合基层消防救援站的实际情况划分了训练层次,以此为基础设定了基础理论、技术训练和战术训练三个模块的训练科目和内容,规范了训练实施,构建了基层消防救援站道路交通事故应急处置实战化训练模式。

Starting from the actual combat training of road traffic accidents response,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of fire rescue stations by comparing with the training from abroad,and puts forward the principles that should be followed in the actual combat training.Drawing lessons from foreign experience and combining the actual situation of fire rescue stations,their capacity levels are graded.On this basis,a traning model for road traffic accidents is set up.This model is made up of three modules,namely training on basic theories,techniques and tactics.This new model can help standardize the training of fire rescue stations to respond to road traffic accidents.
