养老产业发展与中医药服务耦合协调研究

Research on the coupling coordination of the development of the elderly care industry and traditional Chinese medicine services

[目的]分析我国养老产业发展与中医药服务能力耦合协调的程度及其发展动因,为促进养老产业发展提供科学依据。[方法]构建养老产业发展与中医药服务能力的指标评价体系,运用耦合协调模型对养老产业与中医药服务的耦合协调度进行评价,在此基础上,通过灰色关联模型探讨影响养老产业和中医药服务耦合协调的因素。[结果]养老产业和中医药服务发展水平指数均值分别为1.2086、1.4032,两系统耦合协调度均值为0.5615,对其耦合协调程度影响最大的中医医院病床使用率指标,灰色关联度为0.7482。[结论]中医药服务能力整体发展优于养老产业,各省市整体耦合协调水平属于勉强协调程度,大部分养老产业发展滞后;养老机构基础设施建设、中医药服务效率是影响养老产业与中医药服务能力耦合协调发展的主要因素。

Objective To analyze the coupling coordination degree of the development of the elderly care industry in China and service ability of traditional Chinese medicine and its development motivation,and to provide a scientific basis for promoting the development of elderly care industry.Methods The index evaluation system of the development of the elderly care industry and the service ability of traditional Chinese medicine was established,and the coupling coordination model was used to evaluate the coupling coordination degree of the elderly care industry and traditional Chinese medicine services.On this basis,the factors affecting the coupling coordination of the elderly care industry and traditional Chinese medicine services were discussed through the grey relational model.Results The mean of the index of the development of the elderly care industry and Chinese medicine service was 1.2086 and 1.4032 respectively.The mean of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems was 0.5615.The grey relation of the bed utilization rate index of Chinese medicine hospitals,which had the greatest impact on the coupling coordination degree,was 0.7482.Conclusions The overall development of service ability of TCM is better than that of the elderly care industry.The overall coupling coordination degree of the provinces and municipalities belongs to the barely coordinated degree,and most elderly care industries are lagging behind.The infrastructure construction of elderly care institutions and the service efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine are the main factors affecting the coupling coordinated development of elderly care industry and service ability of traditional Chinese medicine.
