我国儿童青少年抑郁防治进展、问题及对策

Progress,problems and countermeasures of prevention and treatment of depression in children and adolescents in China

近年来,我国儿童青少年抑郁防治在心理健康干预、早期识别、诊治服务供给和保障方面取得了积极进展,但与儿童青少年抑郁防治的严峻形势相比仍有一定差距。当前,我国儿童青少年抑郁防治存在着综合防治体系尚未健全、早期识别能力薄弱且覆盖面不足、治疗存在一定风险和短板、防治专业人才缺口巨大等问题。应进一步健全儿童青少年心理健康服务体系,完善儿童青少年心理健康筛查和分级管理制度,提高儿童青少年抑郁诊疗水平和优化服务模式,多途径培养儿童青少年心理健康服务相关人才,不断提升儿童青少年抑郁防治服务的供给能力和可及性。

In recent years,the prevention and treatment of depression in children and adolescents in China have made positive progress in mental health intervention,early identification,and the supply of diagnosis and treatment service,but there is still a certain gap regarding the severe situation of prevention and treatment of depression in children and adolescents.At present,there are some problems in the prevention and treatment of depression in children and adolescents in China,such as incomplete comprehensive prevention and treatment system,weak early identification ability and insufficient coverage,certain risks and shortcomings in treatment,and huge shortage of prevention and treatment professionals.It is necessary to further improve the mental health service system for children and adolescents,improve the screening and grading management system for children and adolescents,improve the diagnosis and treatment level of depression in children and adolescents and optimize the service model,train talents related to children and adolescents mental health services in multiple ways,and constantly improve the supply capacity and accessibility of depression prevention and treatment services for children and adolescents.
