摘要
结合某大型钢铁企业传统的工程管理信息化项目,对工程项目管理目前存在的问题及后果进行了分析,阐述了工程管理传统模式转变为智慧化管理模式的必要性。同时,还介绍了工程项目智慧管理系统的对策与技术,满足某大型钢铁企业集团工程管理体系不断优化、技术创新应用以及管理效率提升的要求。
Proceeding from the traditional engineering management information project of a large iron and steel enterprise,the existing problems and consequences of engineering project management are analyzed,and the necessity of transforming the traditional mode of engineering management into intelligent management mode is expounded in this paper.At the same time,it also introduces the countermeasures and technologies of the engineering project intelligent management system,which can meet the requirements of continuous optimization of the engineering management system,technological innovation application and management efficiency improvement of a large iron and steel enterprise group.
