职业院校教学创新团队建设研究——以武汉市仪表电子学校光电类专业群教学创新团队建设为例

Research on Innovative Teaching Team Construction in Vocational Colleges——Taking the Innovative Teaching Team Construction of Photoelectric Professional Group in Wuhan Instrument and Electronic Technical School as an Example

以武汉市仪表电子学校光电类专业群教学创新团队建设为例,阐述了建设教学创新团队的意义,提出了“五级递进”创建光电类专业群教学创新团队、借鉴课题管理范式创建教学创新团队管理机制、依托专业群建设强化教学创新团队教师能力的教学创新团队建设途径,并在实践中取得了丰硕的成果。

Taking the construction of innovative teaching team of photoelectric professional group of Wuhan Instrument and Electronic Technical School as an example,this paper expounds the significance of the construction of innovative teaching team,putting forward a“five steps”approach.This paper comes up with the idea of building the management mechanism of the team relying on the professional groups construction,and strengthening the teachers’ability on basis of the construction of professional group,and it has achieved fruitful results in practice.
