The article mainly explores the cost control and optimization strategies of construction,analyzes the importance and challenges of construction cost management,and summarizes the current problems.Studied the key elements and indicators of construction cost control,as well as the principles of cost optimization strategies,analyzed the application of construction cost control and optimization strategies in actual projects,evaluated their effectiveness,and finally proposed suggestions for continuous improvement.Research has found that cost control in construction is one of the key factors to ensure project success.The current problems include delays in construction progress,material waste,and unreasonable allocation of human resources.Hope to provide better quality problem solutions for future work through this research.
