摘要
在传统的泥浆循环方式中,通常无法将泥浆和钻渣快速有效分离,经过处理后的泥浆纯度无法保证施工质量要求,造成泥浆材料浪费、延误工期等问题。结合济广高速公路某改扩建项目主体工程钻孔灌注桩施工过程中泥浆循环工作效率问题,配制了新型泥浆并利用机械分离方法提高泥渣颗粒分离效率,在工程中进行了应用,验证了其可靠性。新型泥浆颗粒能够与钻渣有效分离,借助泥沙分离器提高工作效率,并在工程应用中得到验证,为软土地层钻孔灌注桩施工效率提供了保障。
In traditional mud circulation methods,it is usually difficult to quickly and effectively separate mud and drilling slag.The purity of the treated mud cannot meet the construction quality requirements,resulting in waste of mud materials and delays in construction period.A new type of mud was prepared and mechanical separation method was used to improve the efficiency of mud particle separation during the construction process of drilling and grouting piles in a certain renovation and expansion project of the Jiguang Expressway.Its reliability was verified through application in the project.The new type of mud particles can effectively separate from drilling slag,improve work efficiency with the help of sediment separators,and have been verified in engineering applications,providing a guarantee for the construction efficiency of bored piles in soft soil layers.
