近年来,我国对水利水电项目给予了高度的重视并加大了人力物力的投入。随着社会经济的发展,水利建设项目也会对周边的生态环境产生一定的冲击,因此在建设项目时,需要更多地考虑设计理念与设计原则在实际水利建设项目的具体应用。阐述了水利工程设计的合理性及所遵守的基本设计原则,对河道建设中的生态水利工程设计应用的问题、应用策略进行了探究,以提高我国水利工程的科学性与经济性,从而推动经济发展,推动城镇化乡村水利建设,保护我国的环境资源,推进可持续发展战略的实施。

In recent years,China has attached great importance to water conservancy and hydropower projects and increased investment in human and material resources.With the development of social economy,water conservancy construction projects will also have a certain impact on the surrounding ecological environment.Therefore,when constructing projects,it is necessary to consider more the specific application of design concepts and principles in actual water conservancy construction projects.This article conducts corresponding research on the rationality of water conservancy engineering design and the basic design principles followed,in order to improve the scientificity and economy of water conservancy engineering in China,promote economic development,promote urbanization and rural water conservancy construction,and also provide assistance in protecting China’s environmental resources.
