工程机械铸铁件生产线技术改造的应用实践

摘要 介绍了传统铸造企业存在的电耗高、污染重、生产环境恶劣等问题,从造型、熔化、浇注、砂处理、消失模烘干、铸件抛丸清理等方面详细阐述了各工部的改造项目,最后指出:通过淘汰原有低效的铝壳电炉,更换为节能环保、运行成本低的钢壳中频感应电炉,应用新工艺、新技术、新材料、新装备,保证了铸件质量,提高了劳动生产率和铸件质量,环保节能,实现了铸造的清洁化生产,达到了可持续发展。 The problems existing in traditional casting enterprises such as high-power consumption,heavy pollution,and poor production environment were introduced.The work of each department from aspects such as modeling,melting,pouring,sand treatment,lost foam drying and shot blasting of castings were also elaborated.Finally,it was pointed out:by eliminating the original inefficient aluminum shell electric furnace and replacing it with an energy-saving,environmentally friendly,low-operating steel shell medium frequency induction electric furnace,and applying new processes,new technologies,new materials,and new equipment to ensure the quality of castings,it improved labor productivity and casting quality.It was environmentally friendly,energy-saving,realized clean production of castings and achieved sustainable development.
