“岗课赛证”模式要求职业教育根据岗位能力和职业素养的要求,制定人才培养方案,设置符合要求的课程体系。通过课程学习,参加技能大赛,考取职业证书,让学生获取满足岗位要求的技能和素养,实现课岗对接,课证融合,课赛融通。在人才培养方案的编制上,注重“岗位职业能力—课程体系与内容—技能竞赛能力—职业资格能力”的相互融通,使专业课程体系与教学内容高度契合数字媒体技术岗位职业能力的要求。
