我国乡村产业投融资综合评价与空间分析

Comprehensive Evaluation and Spatial Analysis of Rural Industrial Investment and Financing in China

基于2015—2022年我国31个省域面板数据,采用模糊物元模型、泰尔指数(Theil)和空间自相关等方法,对乡村产业投融资的效果和区域差异进行了综合评价和空间分析。研究结果显示,整体上乡村产业投融资效果良好,但各省份之间存在较大差异。其中,天津、北京、河北、山西与上海5个省域投融资效果最显著,青海、甘肃、陕西、宁夏与新疆地区投融资效果较为落后。此外,乡村产业投融资在不同指标方面呈现出不同的空间分布特征。大部分省份的乡村产业投融资水平受到周边省份的影响,呈现出较强的空间依赖性,整体格局相对稳定。基于上述发现,提出以下建议:一是发挥龙头省市的带动作用,提高乡村产业投融资效率;二是深入推进数字农业建设,拓宽乡村产业投融资渠道;三是完善乡村产业投融资风险防控机制,营造良好的投融资环境。

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2015 to 2022,this paper uses fuzzy matter-element model,Theil index and spatial autocorrelation methods to conduct comprehensive evaluation and spatial analysis of the effects and regional differences of rural industrial investment and financing.The results show that the overall effect of rural industrial investment and financing is good,but there are significant differences among provinces and cities.Tianjin,Beijing,Hebei,Shanxi and Shanghai are the five provinces and cities with the most remarkable effects of investment and financing,while Qinghai,Gansu,Shaanxi,Ningxia and Xinjiang are the five provinces with the worst effects.Rural industrial investment and financing exhibit different spatial distribution characteristics in different indicators.The investment and financing levels of rural industries in most provinces are influenced by neighboring provinces,showing a strong spatial dependence and a relatively stable overall pattern.Based on these findings,the following suggestions are put forward:first,giving full play to the leading role of leading provinces and cities,and improving the efficiency of rural industrial investment and financing;second,deepening the construction of digital agriculture,and broadening the channels of rural industrial investment and financing;third,improving the risk prevention and control mechanism of rural industrial investment and financing,and creating a good environment for investment and financing.
