基于Abaqus与LS-DYNA的破片飞散特性联合分析方法

摘要 为减少破片飞散特性仿真分析的工作量,简化海量破片前后处理的难度,借助Abaqus基于Python的二次开发功能,编写破片飞散仿真前后处理自动化建模程序。将inp文件转译为k文件,让LS-DYNA读取inp文件并进行计算;读取LS-DYNA的结果文件,对海量破片数据进行后处理分析。程序仿真结果与试验吻合,验证该联合分析方法方便快捷且深入全面。 To reduce the workload of simulation analysis of fragment dispersion characteristics,and simplify the difficulty of pre-and post-processing of massive fragments,an automated modeling program for fragment dispersion simulation pre-and post-processing is developed using Python secondary development function of Abaqus.The inp-file is translated into k-file,LS-DYNA reads the inp-file and computes on it.The result file of LS-DYNA is read,and the post-processing analysis on massive fragmented data is carried out.The simulation results of the program are consistent with the experiments,which can verify that the combined analysis method is convenient,fast,and comprehensive in depth.
