三氯化磷、三氯氧生产过程中含磷废水处理研究

摘要 随着国家生态环境建设和绿色可持续发展,对“三磷”企业的总磷排放标准越来越高,为了有效处理含磷废水,公司通过先对含磷废水加石灰压滤去磷,再在弱酸性条件下加入双氧水、除鳞剂和絮凝剂的二次除磷的方案,将含磷废水中的总磷降到3PPm以下,达到并优于国家、园区接管和排放标准。 With the construction of national ecological environment and green sustainable development,the total phosphorus discharge standards for "triphosphorus" companies are becoming increasingly stringent.In order to effectively treat phosphate-containing wastewater,the company adopts a two-step phosphorus removal scheme:first,treating the phosphorus-containing wastewater with lime and pressure filtration to remove phosphorus,and then adding hydrogen peroxide,scale inhibitor,and coagulant under weak acidic conditions for secondary phosphorus removal.This approach reduces the total phosphorus in the phosphate-containing wastewater to below 3PPm,meeting and exceeding national and industrial park discharge standards.
