基于荧光素酰肼的次氯酸根荧光探针的开发及其在有效氯测定中的应用

摘要 设计并合成了一种基于双酰肼荧光素的吡啶二甲酸桥接荧光探针用于活性氯检测。该探针能够实现全水体系中对自来水中余氯含量进行特异性响应,对其它活性氧、氨基酸以及离子表现出很高的选择性和灵敏度。当体系中加入ClO-后,可以明显观察到溶液颜色由无色变为绿色,实现水溶液中ClO-的裸眼识别。同时,溶液呈现出强烈的绿色荧光,当ClO-浓度由0增加到30μmol/L时,516 nm处的荧光强度可增强约212倍,表现出较好的灵敏度。在溶液中次氯酸浓度为2.5-15μmol/L范围内,荧光强度与有效氯浓度呈严格的线性关系(R2=0.9960),可以实现溶液中有效氯含量的定量分析。该探针对其他阴离子、阳离子、氨基酸以及H2O2没有响应,对活性氯表现出极好的选择性。实验表明,该探针可以用于84消毒液等活性氯杀菌剂有效氯评估,亦可实现自来水中余氯含量的测定。 A pyridinium dicarboxylic acid-based fluorescent probe was designed and synthesized for the detection of reactive chlorine.The probe can achieve a specific response to the residual chlorine content in tap water,and shows high selectivity and sensitivity for other reactive oxygen species,amino acids and ions.The color of the probe could be changed from colorless to green obviously when ClO-was added into the system,which could realize the naked eye identification of ClO-in aqueous solution.At the same time,the solution showed an intense green fluorescence,and the fluorescence at 516 nm was recovered by a factor of 212,showing a good sensitivity.When the concentration of hypochlorous acid was in the range of 2.5~15μmol/L,the fluorescence intensity and the available chlorine concentration showed a strict linear relationship(R2=0.9960),which could realize the quantitative analysis of the available chlorine content in solution.The probe showed excellent selectivity for reactive chlorine and did not respond to other anions,cations,and amino acids,as well as H2O2.The experimental results showed that the probe could be used to evaluate the reactive chlorine of 84 disinfectant and other active chlorine fungicides,and could also realize the determination of residual chlorine content in tap water.
