复杂地质环境下咬合桩硬切割施工应用技术

摘要 复杂地质、周边环境下咬合桩施工中产生的问题也比较多,特别是桩身倾斜、桩位偏差、断桩,咬合宽度不足,咬合不牢造成基坑漏水涌砂等现象时有发生。结合项目的地质复杂、周边建筑物重合或紧邻,人流量密集等特点,对咬合桩施工过程质量管控进行具体研究。通过项目部人员的共同努力,项目的咬合桩成桩质量全部合格,无倾斜桩发生,桩身咬合严密,无漏水现象发生,有效降低了施工渗水涌砂的风险,确保周边敏感建筑的变形可控。提高施工效率的同时取得良好的效果。 There are also many problems that arise during the construction of interlocking piles in complex geological and surrounding environments,especially when the pile body is tilted,the pile position deviation,the pile is broken,the interlocking width is insufficient,and the interlocking is not firm,resulting in water leakage and sand gushing in the foundation pit.Based on the complex geological conditions of the project,overlapping or close proximity of surrounding buildings,and dense pedestrian flow,this article conducts a specific study on the quality control of the construction process of interlocking piles.Through the joint efforts of the project department personnel,the quality of the biting piles in the project is all qualified,with no tilting piles,and the pile body is tightly biting without water leakage.This effectively reduces the risk of construction water and sand seepage,ensuring that the deformation of surrounding sensitive buildings is controllable.It improves construction efficiency while achieving good results.
