摘要 在桥梁建设中,钢桁梁结构桥梁凭借其跨度大、承载力强、节约材料等优点被广泛运用。边拼装边顶推的施工工艺,大大加快了施工工效,采用全焊结构的钢桁梁则具备更优秀的耐久性,有效降低桥梁全寿命周期中的维护成本。施工中顶推精度、焊接质量、误差控制、应力控制等方面难度较大,掌握科学的施工方法很有必要。 In bridge construction,steel truss beam structure bridges are widely used due to their advantages such as large span,strong bearing capacity,and material saving.The construction process of assembling and pushing at the same time greatly accelerates the construction efficiency.The steel truss beam with a fully welded structure has better durability and effectively reduces maintenance costs throughout the entire life cycle of the bridge.It is necessary to master scientific construction methods due to the high difficulty in pushing accuracy,welding quality,error control,stress control,and other aspects during construction.
