摘要
市政污水管网为减小平均埋深,一体化提升泵站运用较多。泵站运行期间垃圾成分复杂,固体垃圾规格不同,处理方法要有针对性,采用分级处理方法,各部件协调搭配才能充分发挥各功能部件的效率。另一方面泵站内电气设备长期水下运行,受水流扰动及污水中垃圾冲击严重,漏电、断电等突发情况风险较大。运行实践中需要多种措施并用,才能有效减少故障率。以东莞市水生态五期第一标段工程运行期间的一体化提升泵站防护措施为研究对象,结合现场实际情况分析污染物种类的处理方法,总结安装及运维过程中的注意事项。
In order to reduce the average burial depth of municipal sewage pipelines,integrated lifting pump stations are widely used.The composition of waste during the operation of the pump station is complex.Different specifications of solid waste require targeted treatment methods.By adopting a hierarchical processing method and coordinating and matching various components,the efficiency of each functional component can be fully utilized.On the other hand,the electrical equipment in the pump station operates underwater for a long time,which is severely affected by water flow disturbance and the impact of garbage in the sewage.There is a high risk of sudden situations such as leakage and power outage.Multiple measures need to be combined in operation practice to effectively reduce the failure rate.This paper takes the integrated improvement pump station protection measures during the operation period of the first section of the fifth phase of the water ecology project in Dongguan City as the research object.It analyzes the treatment methods of pollutant types based on the actual situation on site,and summarizes the precautions during installation and operation and maintenance.
