低品位萤石精矿深度提质降杂制备酸级萤石试验研究

Experimental Study on Preparation of Acid Grade Fluorite from Low Grade Fluorite Concentrate by Deep Quality Improvement and Impurity Reduction

摘要 湖南某选厂生产的萤石精矿CaF2品位低、杂质含量高,产品附加值低,采用研发的低品位萤石精矿深度提质降杂制备酸级萤石新技术,当给矿CaF2品位80.68%、CaCO3含量6.51%、SiO2含量5.77%时,全流程闭路试验可获得产率69.76%、CaF2品位98.37%、CaCO3含量0.36%、SiO2含量0.59%、萤石回收率85.13%的高度萤石精矿以及产率7.56%、CaF2品位76.42%、CaCO3含量14.91%、SiO2含量5.65%、萤石回收率7.17%的低度萤石精矿,萤石总回收率达92.30%。获得的高度萤石精矿及低度萤石精矿分别达到了国家酸级萤石质量标准和冶金级萤石质量标准,实现了萤石资源最大限度的高附加值开发利用。 The fluorite concentrate produced by a concentrator in Hunan province has low CaF2 grade,high impurity content and low added value.The new technology of producing acid-grade fluorite by deep quality improvement and impurity reduction of the low-grade fluorite concentrate developed is adopted.When the CaF2 grade is 80.68%,the CaCO3 content is 6.51%and the SiO2 content is 5.77%,The closed-circuit test of the whole process can obtain 69.76%yield,98.37%grade of CaF2,0.36%content of CaCO3,0.59%content of SiO2.High fluorite concentrate with a fluorite recovery rate of 85.13%and low fluorite concentrate with a yield of 7.56%,CaF2 grade of 76.42%,CaCO3 content of 14.91%,SiO2 content of 5.65%,and fluorite recovery rate of 7.17%,the total recovery of fluorite is 92.30%.The obtained high grade fluorite concentrate and low grade fluorite concentrate have reached the national quality standards of acid grade fluorite and metallurgical grade fluorite respectively,realizing the maximum development and utilization of high value-added fluorite resources.
