摘要
传统的矿石配矿过程通常依赖于经验和人工判断,存在效率低、资源浪费和质量控制难等问题。本文研究的智能配矿系统在矿区三维模型的基础上结合地质钻探数据得到了矿区的生产配矿品位模型,采用目标规划方法生成配矿方案,实现了配矿过程的自动化,提高了矿石的品位和回收率,延长了矿山的服务年限,提高了矿山生产效率,有利于建设绿色矿山,为矿山企业带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The traditional ore blending process usually relies on experience and manual judgment,which has problems such as low efficiency,resource waste,and difficult quality control.The intelligent ore blending system utilizes intelligent optimization algorithms,intelligent control technology,and network signal transmission technology to automate the ore blending process,improve the grade and recovery rate of the ore,extend the service life of the mine,improve the production efficiency of the mine,and facilitate the construction of green mines,bringing good economic and social benefits to mining enterprises.
