摘要
近年来定西市以习近平生态文明思想为指导,深入实施黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略,把小流域综合治理作为改善生态环境和农业生产条件,促进经济社会高质量发展的重要举措,科学稳步推进水土保持建设,取得了显著成效,本文对定西市高标准小流域综合治理建设实践不断探索总结,提出了新时期小流域综合治理新的目标和要求,为定西市水土流失综合治理注入新活力。
In recent years,Dingxi City has been guided by Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on Ecological Civilization and has deeply implemented the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin.It has taken comprehensive management of small watersheds as an important measure to improve the ecological environment and agricultural production conditions and promote high-quality economic and social development.It has been scientific and steady.Promoting the construction of water and soil conservation has achieved remarkable results.This article continuously explores and summarizes the practice of high-standard comprehensive management of small watersheds in Dingxi City,proposes new goals and requirements for comprehensive management of small watersheds in the new era,and injects new vitality into the comprehensive management of soil and water loss in Dingxi City.
