摘要
针对端面密封装置进行了泄漏分析。首先基于端面密封装置的工况参数、几何参数对密封结构进行仿真分析,得到密封装置滑油泄漏量。其次对密封装置在实际使用中可能发生的泄漏情况进行了分析。结果表明:端面密封装置在金属动环与轴之间存在潜在泄漏通道;由于装配操作不当、波形弹簧压紧力不均匀可能引起装置偏载、倾斜,使密封环在工作时接触不均匀而产生滑油泄漏;密封压力增加时,滑油泄漏量也会增加;波形弹簧压紧力对滑油泄漏量也有影响。最后,提出了增加O型密封圈以及在金属动环上增加逆流泵送槽等改进方案,并进行了仿真分析与试验验证。研究结果可为端面密封设计提供参考。
The leakage problem of a certain end face sealing device was analyzed.Firstly,in order to obtain the oil leakage of the sealing device,the sealing structure was simulated based on the working parameters and geometric parameters of the end face sealing device.Secondly,the leakage situation that may occur in the actual use of the sealing device was analyzed.The results show that there is a potential leakage channel between the moving ring and the shaft of the end face sealing device.Improper assembly operation,uneven pressing force of the wave spring may cause the device to be eccentrically loaded or tilted,which will lead to uneven contact of the sealing ring during operation,resulting in oil leakage.When the sealing pressure increases,the amount of oil leakage will also increase;the wave spring preload also affects the oil leakage.In order to improve the sealing ability,improved schemes such as adding an O-ring seal and adding a countercurrent pumping groove on the moving ring were proposed,and simulation analysis and experimental verification were carried out.
