点火装置触点开路失效分析

摘要 直流供电方式的点火装置广泛采用触点式逆变线圈进行电源变换,但在使用过程中会因触点失效(开路或短路)而造成点火装置无法正常工作。根据产品使用中发生的故障问题,结合点火装置的工作原理和工作环境,对触点开路失效机理进行了分析研究,并通过试验验证、能谱分析等方法找出引起触点开路失效的根本原因。根据对触点开路失效机理的技术分析和综合验证,提出了可行的技术改进措施,从而提高了产品的工作可靠性。 The ignition device with DC power supply is widely used for power conversion by the contact inverter coil,but the ignition device cannot work normally due to the failure of the contact(e.g.open circuited or short circuited)during usage.Based on the fault of a product,the failure mechanism of open contact was analyzed and studied in combination with the working principle and working environment of the ignition device,and the root cause of open contact failure was found out by means of experimental verification and energy spectrum analysis.Finally,based on the failure analysis and verification of the open contact,feasible technical improvement measures were proposed to improve the reliability and safety of the product.
