针对家具制造业因存在诸多个性因素,尚无普适性的政策、规范约束,导致的家居产业园区在规划落地过程中存在不科学、难把控的情况,通过对西北某县家居产业园的产业类型、企业特征、交通特性等内容进行研究,得出匹配该产业园区发展模式和未来规划愿景的交通需求预测方法。

Due to many individual factors in the furniture manufacturing industry and the lack of universal policies and regulatory constraints,there are unscientific and difficult to control situations in the planning and implementation process of the home furnishing industrial park.By studying the industry types,enterprise characteristics,and transportation characteristics of a home furnishing industrial park in a certain county in northwest China,a transportation demand prediction method that matches the development model and future planning vision of the industrial park is obtained.
