住宅快速建造体系及其应用研究

Research on rapid housing construction system and its application

简要介绍了住宅快速建造体系的发展背景,分析了快速建造体系所采用的主要施工工艺的特点,进而从竖向穿插施工、水平穿插施工两方面阐述了住宅快速建造体系的施工穿插逻辑,最后从成本、设计、验收等角度给出了对于住宅快速建造体系应用的建议。

This paper briefly introduces the development background of the rapid construction system of housing,analyzes the characteristics of the main construction technology adopted by the rapid construction system.Then this paper expounds the construction interspersion logic of the housing rapid construction system from two aspects:vertical interspersion construction and horizontal interspersion construction.Finally,some suggestions on the application of the rapid housing construction system are given from the perspectives of cost,design and acceptance.
