类直流冷却水系统在热电厂的工程应用

摘要 鉴于热电厂冷却水量小、锅炉补给水量大的特点,提出类直流冷却水系统。通过数学归纳法和热量平衡法可知,类直流冷却水系统不但能够保证冷却水系统的安全稳定运行,而且可以通过利用废热的方式提高除盐水处理系统的出力。此外,经过经济效益分析表明,相比于设置机械通风冷却塔的循环冷却水系统,类直流冷却水系统具有经济、节能、节水等优势,同时对热电厂的废水零排放也有着较大意义。 A similar once-through cooling water system was put forward in this paper,which was based on the smaller cooling water and the bigger boiler filled water volume.The result of mathematical induction and thermal equilibrium presented that similar once-through cooling water system could not only ensure safety and stability of cooling water system,but only improve contribution of demineralized water disposing system by the utilization of waste heat.Besides,the analysis of economic performance showed that similar once-through cooling water system was able to reduce investment outlay,save energy and water,which through the comparison with recirculating cooling water system with mechanical draft cooling tower.At the same time,similar once-through cooling water system had a great significance to waste water zero discharge for thermal power plant.
