翅碱蓬炭基固体酸的制备及其对双氯芬酸钠吸附性能研究

摘要 通过限氧恒温炭化法将翅碱蓬草进行炭化制备生物炭C-800,又将生物炭经浓硫酸磺化得到翅碱蓬炭基固体酸S-800。利用SEM-EDS,XRD,FT-IR,NH_(3)-TPD和比表面积及孔径分布等表征方法对材料结构、性质进行了分析。对影响材料吸附的单因素进行了探究,在此基础上进行了四因素三水平正交实验,得出在反应时间360 min,吸附剂用量0.010 g,双氯芬酸钠的初始浓度为150 mg/L,pH为3时,S-800对双氯芬酸钠的最大吸附量为310 mg/g。经过反应动力学研究和吸附等温线拟合,结果表明S-800材料更好的遵循拟二级动力学,说明该吸附过程主要是化学吸附,更符合Langmuir模型,说明主要是单分子层吸附。对潜在的吸附机理进行推断,主要通过静电作用和氢键作用实现对双氯芬酸钠的吸附。 The biochar C-800 was prepared by the carbonization of the Suaedasalsa by the method of constant temperature carboniza-tion with limited oxygen.The biochar was soaked in concentrated sulfuric acid and then calcined again to obtain the solid acid S-800 based on hymenopterum.The structure and properties of the materials were analyzed by SEM-EDS,XRD,FT-IR,NH_(3)-TPD,surface area and pore size distribution.The orthogonal experiment of four factors and three levels was carried out on the basis of single factor experiments.The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of S-800 for diclofenac sodium was 310 mg/g when the reac-tion time was 360 min,the dosage of adsorbent was 0.010 g,the initial concentration of diclofenac sodium was 150 mg/L,and pH was 3.After the study of reaction kinetics and fitting of adsorption isotherm,the ftting results showed that S-800 material better fol-lowed pseudo-second-order kinetics,indicating that the adsorption process was mainly chemical adsorption,which was more consist-ent with Langmuir model,indicating that it was mainly monolayer adsorption.The potential adsorption mechanism of diclofenac sodi-was deduced mainly through electrostatic and hydrogen bonding.
