摘要
大学生思想受新媒体影响大,帮助大学生建立积极健康向上的心理环境、三观认知,非常必要。将太极文化中二十四个核心思想元素融入高校的心理健康教育,通过教化和修身途径这两种方式授予学生一套简单实用并具有中国特色的道德修炼和心理疏导的太极训练模式,实现“哲,形,意,行”四拳合一以及个体认知、形体和精神的三合一,最终达到身心的和谐和统一。实践证明学生掌握这套心理平衡的自然调节方法后,有利于心理健康发展。
College students’thoughts are greatly infl uenced by new media,so it is very necessary to help them establish a positive,healthy and upward psychological environment and three-view cognition.The 24 core ideological elements of Tai Chi culture are integrated into the mental health education of colleges and universities.Through education and cultivation,students are given a set of simple and practical Tai Chi training mode with the help of moral cultivation and psychological counseling with Chinese characteristics.The training model can achieve the integration of“philosophy,form,meaning,and action”and the integration of individual cognition,body and spirit,fi nally achieve the harmony and unity of body and mind.It has been proved from the practice that this natural adjustment method of psychological balance is conducive to students’mental health development.
