“一体双驱—两域衔接—价值互嵌—德能共升”:课程思政模式的建构与实践——以D大学社会工作专业省级课程思政示范课程为例

摘要 以《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》为遵循,以课程思政改革为切入点,更新教学理念,落实立德树人根本任务,彰显社会工作以人为本、公平正义的价值取向与社会主义核心价值观高度契合、价值目标与全心全意为人民服务党的宗旨高度一致的专业优势。深化产学合作协同育人,完善“一体互进三制并举”集体教研机制,校社企协同反向设计课程及思政建设方案,构建“一体双驱—两域衔接—价值互嵌—德能共升”课程思政特色模式:以学生为主体,以教学、思政目标为双驱任务,引入现代教育手段,依托线上线下两个教学场域,采用层级递进多样化教学方法,将社会主义核心价值观有机嵌入到社会工作专业价值教育之中,同步提升学生的个人品德和实务技能,培养善于疏导社会问题,心怀大爱、服务社会、敬业乐群、笃行不倦,德才兼备的应用型社会工作专业人才。 Guided by The Guiding Outline of the Ideological and Political Construction of the Curriculum in Colleges and Universities,and taking the ideological and political reform of the curriculum as the cut-in point,the teaching reform renews the teaching idea,and carries out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,highlights the professional advantages,that is the people-oriented,fair and just value orientation of social work is highly compatible with socialist core values,and the value goal is highly consistent with the party’s aim of serving the people wholeheartedly.By deepening the cooperation between production and education,improving the collective teaching and research mechanism of“one body,mutual progress and three systems”,taking the reverse design of the curriculum and implementing ideological and political construction plan of the cooperation between schools and social enterprises,the ideological and political characteristic mode of the course is constructed involving“integrated dual drive—two-domain connection—mutual embedded—virtue and ability co-promotion”:taking the students as the main body,taking the teaching and ideological and political goals as the dual driving tasks,introducing the modern educational means,relying on the two fields regarding online and offline teaching,adopting hierarchical and diversified teaching methods,embedding socialist core values into the value education of social work majors,enhancing the student’s personal morality and practical skills,and training them to be application-oriented social work professionals good at dredging social problems,with great love,serving to the community,being dedicated and agreeable,working persistently without weariness,with both ability and integrity.
