近水密度调堵球智能封堵可视化模拟实验设计及装置

摘要 近水密度调堵球注入工艺受井筒工作液密度、流体流速和井斜角等因素的影响,导致密度窗口调整精度低,进而造成调堵球的井筒坐封困难以及调堵措施有效率低。根据现场工况,研制了近水密度调堵球智能封堵可视化模拟实验装置,可准确模拟近水密度调堵球不同工况下的封堵率。实验结果表明:近水密度调堵球运移携带液体的最佳流速为12.20~15.70 L/min,单一密度调堵球封堵率较低,仅在水平井工况可实现60%~80%的封堵率;复合密度调堵球适用于不同井斜工况,炮眼封堵率可达到100%。该装置的模拟工况与现场施工工况符合度高,可为油田生产中注水、酸化等调堵措施的工艺参数设计提供指导。 The injection process of near-water density plugging ball is affected by the density of wellbore working fluid,fluid velocity and well inclination.As a result,the adjustment precision of the density window of the plugging ball is low,which leads to the wellbore setting difficulties of the plugging ball and the low efficiency of plugging control measures.In this paper,according to the field conditions,the near-water density adjusting plugging ball intelligent blocking visualization simulation experiment device is developed,which can accurately simulate the sealing efficiency of the near-water density adjusting plugging ball under different working conditions.The experimental results show that:the best flow rate of near-water density adjusting plugging ball is 12.20~15.70 L/min,and the sealing efficiency of single density adjusting plugging ball is lower,and it can realize 60%~80%sealing efficiency only in the horizontal well working condition.Compound density adjustable plugging ball is suitable for different well inclination conditions,and the sealing efficiency of the borehole can reach 100%.The simulated working conditions of this device are in high compliance with the working conditions in the field,which can provide guidance for the design of process parameters of water injection,acidizing and other plugging measures in oilfield production.
