大数据背景下双重预防机制的高校实验室安全管理体系研究与实践

该文以某高校构建的实验室智慧管控平台为例,系统阐述了大数据背景下双重预防机制在高校实验室安全管理体系中的意义、体系构建流程和持续优化措施。依托实验室中心数据库、风险分级管控系统、隐患排查治理系统,建立更加智能、响应迅速且持续完善的安全管理体系,实现实验室风险的精准管控和隐患的排查治理,预防实验室安全隐患扩大和事故发生。通过推进实验室管理工作重心前移,能够改善高校实验室管理现状,提高实验室安全管理水平,保障实验室的正常运营和校园安全稳定,适应新时代安全管理的要求。

Taking the laboratory intelligent management and control platform constructed by a university as an example,this paper systematically expounds the significance,system construction process and continuous optimization measures of the dual prevention mechanism in the university laboratory safety management system under the background of big data.Relying on the laboratory center database,risk classification management and control system,hidden danger investigation and management system,a more intelligent,rapid and continuous safety management system is established to realize the accurate control of laboratory risks and the investigation and management of hidden dangers,so as to prevent the expansion of laboratory safety hazards and accidents.By advancing the focus of laboratory management,it can improve the current situation of laboratory management in colleges and universities,improve the level of laboratory safety management,ensure the normal operation of laboratories and the safety and stability of campus,and adapt to the requirements of safety management in the new era.
