摘要
随着计算机网络及相关信息技术的快速发展,工作、生活的方式都发生巨大的变化。在办公自动化领域,利用信息技术可以提高政府工作及服务的效率,创造新的工作方式,数字政府这一全新的工作服务模式在此背景下诞生。文章参考相关文献阐述数字政府的特征和优势,分析构建数字政府相关的信息技术,并探讨新的信息技术推广过程中可能面临的问题。
With the rapid development of computer network technology,a great changes have taken place in the way of people's work and living.In the field of office automation,the use of information technology can improve the efficiency of government office work and services,create the new ways of work,and digital government,a new work and service mode has emerged in this context.This article references relevant literature to elaborate on the characteristics and advantages of digital government,analyzes the information technology related to building the digital government,and explores the possible problems that may be faced on the promotion process of new information technology.
