摘要 精准教学是在教育信息化2.0背景下以大数据、人工智能、区块链技术等为支撑的教学范式,已逐渐成为包括精准学情分析、精准目标分析、精准内容分析、精准路径选择和精准教学干预等环节的教学模式。对我国教学改革起重要的推动作用。文章以界定精准教学内涵为出发点,针对当前我国精准教学实践中存在的诸如学生需求、学习思维惰性、教师主观能动性以及教师数据解读困境等问题,从加强道德修养、打造智慧平台、推进精准教学与传统教学融合、融合数据采集以及政策保障等方面提出了优化策略。为课堂教学改革和教育教学高质量发展提供决策参考和实践指导。 The precision teaching is a teaching paradigm supported by big data,artificial intelligence and blockchain technology under the background of education informatization 2.0,which has become gradually a teaching mode including the precised learning situation analysis,precised target analysis,precised content analysis,precised path selection and precised teaching intervention.It plays an important role in promoting the teaching reform in our country.Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of precision teaching,this paper puts forward optimized strategies from the aspects of strengthening moral cultivation,building a smart platform,promoting the integration of precision teaching and traditional teaching,integrating data collection and policy guarantee,aiming at the problems existing in the current practice of precision teaching in our country,such as students'demand,inertia of learning thinking,teachers'subjective initiative and the dilemma of teachers'data interpretation.It provides decision-making reference and practical guidance for the classroom teaching reform and high-quality development of education.
