基于档案信息化推进、电子文件单轨制管理以及档案资源开发利用模式拓展的要求,档案数据库建设势在必行。档案数字化为数据库的建设奠定资源基础,数字人文数据挖掘、数据关联、语义分析等能为档案数据库的建设提供技术支撑,且已有相关的实践项目,同时建立档案数据库的最终目的是满足不同层次用户的需求,因此,需对档案资源利用主体的需求进行深度挖掘。

Based on the requirements of the advancement of archival informatization,the monorail management of electronic documents and the modular expansion of the development and utilization of archival resources,the construction of archival database is imperative.The archival digitization lays a foundation for the construction of the database.Digital humanistic data mining,data correlation and semantic analysis can provide technical support for the construction of the archival database,and there are relevant practical projects.At the same time,the ultimate purpose of establishing the archive database is to meet the needs of users at different levels,so,it is necessary to dig deeply the needs of the main body of archive resource utilization.
