本研究探讨基于人工智能的院前急救指挥决策系统的设计与实施。随着医疗技术的进步和信息技术的发展,院前急救已从传统的模式转变为智能化、自动化的管理。文章首先分析院前急救的现状与挑战,然后详细描述基于人工智能的院前急救指挥决策系统的设计,包括急救调度平台的建设、院前急救平台的建设以及院前与院内的衔接;此外,文章还探讨系统的实时性、互动性、安全性和隐私保护等关键问题。研究结果表明,基于人工智能的院前急救指挥决策系统不仅可提升急救的效率和效果,还可为患者提供更加个性化、精准的医疗救治。

This research discusses the design and implementation of the pre-hospital emergency command and decision system based on artificial intelligence.With the progress of medical technology and the development of information technology,the pre-hospital first-aid has been changed from the traditional mode to intelligent and automatic management.This paper first analyzes the current situation and challenges of pre-hospital first-aid,and then,describes the design of pre-hospital emergency command and decision system based on artificial intelligence,including the construction of emergency dispatching platform,pre-hospital emergency platform and the connection between pre-hospital and hospital.Furthermore,the real-time,interactivity,security and privacy issues.The research results show that the pre-hospital emergency command and decision system based on artificial intelligence can not only improve the efficiency and effect of first aid,but also provide more personalized and precise medical treatment for patients.
