埋地管道阴极保护检测系统设计

摘要 阴极保护系统是埋地管道防腐蚀的重要保护措施。但复杂的电磁干扰环境会影响阴极保护系统对管道的保护效果,严重时可造成重大灾害。为了可以更好检测管道阴极保护电位,开发一种用于复杂环境下的埋地管道阴极保护检测系统,对该系统在实验室内与模拟试验场进行相应的试验,并与国外设备进行比对。试验结果表明,管道阴极保护检测系统有较高的检测精度与较强的抗电磁干扰检测能力,为后续推广使用起到一定作用。 The cathodic protection system is an important protection measure for corrosion protection of buried pipelines.However,the complex electromagnetic interference environment can affect the protective effect of the cathodic protection system on the pipeline,and can cause major disasters in severe cases.In order to better detect the cathodic protection potential of pipelines,a cathodic protection detection system for buried pipelines in complex environments was developed,and the system was tested in the laboratory and the simulated test site and compared with foreign equipment.The test results show that the pipeline cathodic protection detection system has high detection accuracy and strong anti-electromagnetic interference detection ability,which plays a certain role in the subsequent promotion and use.
